Not just a free drink for the 'best costume' like the other clubs, but proper prizes, Absinth shaped prizes - and stuff to do to win the prizes. And a raffle that you're automatically entered into, just by buying your AC ticket! And performances by Veronika Valentine, Mistress Olivia, Texas Chainsaw Orchestra, Darling Vixen and more to be announced. Also.... Baron de Chainsaw (Psycho Cyborgs) and Missy Macabre are bringing to AntiChrist - "Creepshow beyond the graves". So for the uninformed what is this truly
vile evening all about? Well let me start in reverse! The Batcave is rightly or wrongly often associated with being Goth and or being the birth pace of Goth, which is technically true BUT! Being an old fucker myself I went to the Batcave and yes it was very Goth, but primarily it was very alternative and was THE first place synonymous with the alternative culture. If you imagine Club AntiChrist, remove the fetish elements and replace with art installations and madness you'd be close! So im not a Goth should I not go? Absolutely
not, in fact if you are alternative in anyway you'll love the Batcave,
primarily its about fun, it's a celebration of alternative and its a
reunion for some and an opportunity for others. With a production budget
of over £15,000 its lavishly decorated, every wall space has been covered
in drapes art, there is 3d instals, live artists/painters mad cabaret,
walkabout performances stage shows and a whole host of name acts and
very special guests and thats all just at the club, so if you dont fancy
the tour or bands this is THE alternative event and celebration, one
not to be missed! Expect alternative strippers, lots of top fetish and circus performers, expect sideshows, freaks AND vampryes. In fact expect 8 hours of continuous performances throughout the venue.
Hope the dedicated following of Para Para Trooper's can be there to enjoy the night! ;) On a sader note. I have to say this again it is an over 18 venue, and people with out ID who are asked to show ID will be asked to leave.
